Originally from New South Wales, Rhonda attended a Business College in Sydney, as well as the Australian Institute of Management where she studied People Management and Team Leadership.  Once she completed her education, Rhonda went on to work in several large organisations in a variety of roles.   These companies included Deloitte, Aon, Hasbro, Suncorp, Esprit, ADI Australian Defence Industries and Woolworths.

Rhonda is an experienced consultant having worked with business owners to improve their profit, growth and value. As a business owner, herself Rhonda understands the challenges that organisations face in these current economic times.  Her various consulting roles have included the provision of advice on streamlining of business structures and processes. She has also provided consulting services for organisational restructures, redundancies and outplacement services as well as resolution of workplace conflicts. Rhonda focus is to grow the firm and share her knowledge and business experience with business owners.

As a consultant Rhonda has experience that includes implementation procedures, system testing, change management, tracking project progress, accurately reporting business status including scope, cost, benefits, quality and time, process documentation and checklists.
